FOREVER FRIENDS …

Today I am feel truly blessed.  I sent one of my best friends an email asking her if she was available (and would like to) join me for the day on Saturday.

I am driving to Squamish for the Opening Reception of my art exhibit at “The Foyer Gallery”…. not exactly a “no-agenda” day for me, but lots of time to connect as we travel to & from Squamish.    I fully expected her to say “no, I have a million things I have to do on Saturday.  Why don’t we grab a coffee sometime next week & catch up?”

Instead, she bombarded me (in a good way!) with an enthusiastic Yes!! I’d love to spend the day with you!  Wow.  What did I do to deserve such an amazing friend??  This makes me feel so loved – so treasured – so grateful – and very humble.  It makes me want to be a better friend to all those incredible people in my life that support me & put up with all my “crazy artist quirks”!
